Due to the continued uncertainty presented by COVID-19, we are working closely with the City of Portsmouth to plan for a number of new procedures and guidelines that will allow us to safely present a 2021 season. At least for the first half of the season, reservations will be required, distancing requirements will be in place and audience size restrictions will likely mean that we are unable to accommodate every season pass holder at every performance.

Plans are in the works for a process whereby season pass holders will have a window of exclusive access to reservations before they are available to the public. However, given our mission and our deep commitment to accessibility, some reservations will be held for community members for whom season passes or gate donations are financially out of reach. We ask for everyone’s patience as we adapt to a very different way of doing things, and we hope for a return to “normal” as soon as possible.

Season pass purchases remain a critical source of revenue for the Festival and help underwrite important expenses such as costumes, set materials, and performers’ fees that make our signature musical theater productions, concert series and film series possible.
