NEW HAMPSHIRE BREWFEST ON HIATUS FOR 2026

Prescott Park Arts Festival, in partnership with the Master Brewers Association of the Americas (MBAA), District New England, announced today that the 18th Annual New Hampshire Brewfest will not take place in 2026.

For 17 years, NH Brewfest has been a beloved late-season tradition, bringing together craft brewers from across New England and beyond for an afternoon of beer, community, and celebration, while raising vital funds for both Prescott Park Arts Festival and the MBAA District New England scholarship fund.

This year’s decision to pause the event follows careful consideration of a number of factors, including ongoing challenges in securing a suitable location, broader headwinds facing the craft beer industry, and a festival landscape that continues to evolve. Organizers say the choice reflects a commitment to the long-term strength and integrity of the event rather than any single cause.

“NH Brewfest has always been about more than just great beer; it’s about community, partnership, and supporting the arts here in the Seacoast,” said Courtney Perkins, Executive Director of Prescott Park Arts Festival. “Stepping back this year wasn’t an easy call, but it’s the right one. We want to make sure that whenever and however Brewfest returns, it’s set up to thrive for years to come. We’re so grateful to the brewers, sponsors, volunteers, and fans who have made this event something truly special.”

“We remain proud of what this event has meant for brewers and beer lovers across the region, and for the scholarship opportunities it has helped fund. We’re committed to working alongside Prescott Park Arts Festival to figure out the right path forward,” said a spokesperson for the Master Brewers Association of the Americas, District New England. 

Both organizations emphasized that this is a pause, not a permanent end, and that they remain committed to New Hampshire’s craft beer community. Updates on the future of NH Brewfest will be shared through the event’s website and social media channels as plans develop.
