Music, Magic, Great Highland Bagpipes and Mór in Prescott Park on Wednesday, August 15

PORTSMOUTH NH – MacTalla Mór takes the stage on Wednesday, August 15 as the final mid-week concert of Prescott Park Arts Festival’s 33rd Season.

MacTalla Mor, Gaelic for Great Echo, features The Great Highland Bagpipes, Piano, Vocals and Bodhran in a dynamic mix of Traditional Celtic Roots, Rock, Jazz, Hip Hop, Calypso and Fusion. MacTalla’s ancient and modern instruments along with their Gaelic and original songs, brings the past to life creating a joyous, poignant and powerful experience for audiences of all ages.

Funding for this performance was provided in part by the New England Foundation for the Arts (NEFA) as part of the NEA Regional Touring Program. NEFA receives major support from the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) with additional support from the state arts agencies of New England.

Prescott Park Arts Festival does not charge an admission fee for any of its events but does rely on donations given at the gate. For this festival, the suggested donation is $5 per person.
