During our events, they are offering a flat rate of $8/car at the 1 Harbour Place parking garage, located less than two blocks away from Prescott Park and open 2-hours before our events. Avoid wasting time looking for parking and take advantage of this offer. Alternatively, the City of Portsmouth provides free parking to Festival visitors on Pierce Island, located a short walk from Prescott Park. Pierce Island is located on Mechanic Street, off Marcy Street (which runs along Prescott Park). Follow the Free Festival Parking signs on Marcy Street and then turn onto Mechanic Street and cross the bridge onto Pierce Island. Please note there is no parking on Mechanic Street itself.
The city also offers the Municipal Parking Garage on Hanover Street. Parking in the garage is 75¢/hour and a five-minute walk to the Festival gates through the downtown area.
