Tour Summary

Come, enjoy a magical self-guided walking tour of Fairy Houses, displayed in public gardens in Portsmouth's historic South End neighborhood.
The Fairy House Tour takes place in the South End of Portsmouth on the grounds of Strawbery Banke, Prescott Park, the Governor John Langdon House and Peirce Island. Each year the Tour attracts an estimated 4,000 families and fairies. Proceeds from ticket sales and sponsorships are donated to the nonprofit organizations, schools and civic groups that participate in the Tour. Since the Tour began, nearly $150,000 has been returned to the community.
Families, gardeners, nature lovers, and the young at heart will be enchanted by these whimsical fairy habitats, built for the fairies to visit.

Location: The main information/ticket booths will be located at Peirce Island, Marcy Street, and the Tyco Center at
Strawbery Banke on the days of the event. Tickets and tour maps will
be available to those who have not purchased them in advance.
Ticket holders may start the tour at any location.
Parking: Limited parking is available on Peirce Island. Free parking is also available at the Portsmouth City Hall.
